I'm Vincent Mattart, serial entrepreneur. I co-founded Funere, Leez and BePaid, and I still build them myself. It all starts with a 30-minute conversation, to see whether I can help. If I can, we begin with a consulting session, which then leads to Scale or to full support through the startup studio.
| Service | Destination | Length |
|---|---|---|
| Consulting | Your next step (examples: AI at work, automation, mobile app, internal tool, client portal, launching an MVP, marketplace, e-commerce, SEO and visibility, tech team, tech choices) | 4 or 8 hours |
| Scale | A prototype, usually within 5 working days | 2 to 8 weeks |
| Studio | Partner CTO or CPO, with an equity stake | Long term |
A video often says more than pages of text.

Consulting first.
It all starts with consulting. If something worth building comes out of it, Scale takes over. The Studio is the startups I commit to myself.

How we move forward.
The path is not the same for a company and for a startup. Pick yours, then scroll through the steps.
.,For an SME or an established company. We start small, and only build what is worth it.
First call
You send me a few lines about your situation, then we talk for 30 minutes. I tell you honestly whether I can help, and how.
What you get
- A clear answer: we go on, or we stop there
- If we go on, a date for the consulting session
Consulting
Half a day or a full day at your place, on your numbers, your tools and your daily work. We listen, ask the awkward questions, and spot what is stuck and what could pay off.
What you get
- The leads worth following, ranked
- A frank opinion on what is worth building
- The view of two people who run their own products
Decision
Together we look at whether there is something to build. Sometimes there isn't: you leave with the leads, and that is a useful answer too.
What you get
- A clear scope, or a clean stop
- No project started out of habit
Prototype
A first version you can touch, to check the direction before going further. Better to be wrong in 5 days than in 2 months.
What you get
- Something concrete to test with your team
- The direction confirmed, or corrected, early
Build
We build, in small deliveries that you test along the way, and adjust as we go.
What you get
- A tool that runs, on standard technologies
- No black box: you see the work move forward
Launch;
The tool goes into production, documented and handed over to your team.
What you get
- The code, documentation and accounts belong to you
- You are free to keep working with me, or without me
;For a startup, I become a partner. It is a commitment of several years, so we take the time to start well.
First call
You present your project in a few lines, then we talk for 30 minutes. I tell you quickly whether the project needs what I do.
In practice
- A first, frank answer
- If it fits, a series of conversations
Conversations
Several meetings to see whether we get along, understand your ambitions and how you want the project to grow.
In practice
- The fit between partners, checked before signing
- Aligned ambitions, said out loud
Shareholders' agreement
We write the shareholders' agreement together. It sets my equity stake, each person's role, how the company is governed and what happens in hard cases.
In practice
- My equity stake, in exchange for my commitment
- Roles and governance, in black and white
Kick-off
Once the agreement is signed, everyone takes ownership of their part. I take charge of the tech: architecture, web and mobile development, production.
In practice
- A partner CTO or CPO from day one
- Tech chosen to last, not to impress
For the long run;
I maintain the product, iterate and keep improving it. I stay in my area of expertise: I rarely go into the field, and only meet customers or partners when it helps.
In practice
- Tech looked after for the long run, with no contractor to chase
- You keep the field, the customers and the sales
What I have built, and still run.
Bereavement, business succession, invoicing: fields with nothing in common, each with its own challenges. That is what keeps me creative, and what I then bring to your projects.
eFoundr is me.
I have been building web products for 16 years: first with my agency, then as co-founder and CTO.

Vincent Mattart
Founder of eFoundr · Serial entrepreneur and CTO
In 2017, I co-founded Gold Avenue and ran its tech for seven years. Revenue grew from 0 to more than CHF 500 million, with a tech team of more than 25 people across Switzerland, France, Ukraine and India.
Before that, I built Pixeleez, my web agency: more than 250 web and mobile projects, then a sale in 2022. Today I co-found startups and run their tech.
My rule: get to market as fast as possible, because that is where the real problems are.
