Leez

Marketplace connecting Swiss SME owners with verified buyers across all 26 cantons.

The project

Leez is a Swiss marketplace for buying and selling SMEs. Owners preparing their succession publish an anonymised listing, and buyers browse companies by canton and sector before requesting access.

Confidentiality shapes the whole process. The non-disclosure agreement is signed online, and documents are shared in a secure data room once the seller has approved a buyer. Leez also offers a free company valuation and a directory of experts who can support the transaction.

What Vincent did

Vincent is co-founder and CTO. He leads product and technical development: the marketplace itself, buyer verification and the NDA flow, the data room and the valuation tool.

He also built the AI tooling behind the blog and translations, and the SEO structure that publishes listings by canton, sector and sub-sector.
