The project
BePaid is invoicing software for Swiss businesses. Every invoice includes the QR-bill, a quote becomes an invoice in one click, and customer records are pre-filled from the Swiss commercial register.
Automatic reminders follow up on unpaid invoices, and VAT is handled from the start. Fiduciaries get a dedicated space to manage invoicing for each of their clients. The free plan covers up to 10 invoices, with no credit card required.
What Vincent did
Vincent founded BePaid and runs it as CEO. He defined the product, designed the interface and built the application end to end, from QR-bill generation to payment tracking.
He also built the partner space for fiduciaries, where one firm manages many client organisations with the right access level for each person.
